• I have found some excellent themes that I wanted to use as a starting point for my website, but 3 of the 4 I have tried say that they are missing a template. (Zen minimalist, Mixed bouquet are two.) I do not know what I am doing wrong, but I am getting frustated.

  • You are using a theme called “Very simple” according to your CSS file. The Zen.. seems hard to find. Maybe you should contact the author of the theme you prefer.

Also, you may have had a bad file transfer to your blog.
You should check to see that all files in the theme were uploaded to your server.

Check to see if your themes has an index.php at the very least.

Then check to see if you haven’t uploaded these themes in Double Folders.

    ie:
    yoursite
    -wordpress
    –wp-content
    —themes
    —zen_minimalist
    —-zen_minimalist

Sometimes uploading themes in double folders happens when the extraction occurs inside the original downloaded folder. It’s a quick mistake. The css or files cannot read through two folders.

    Thanks.
I will check for the double folders. I tried contacting the author, but with no luck.
