Problems with language

    Hi,

    the first line of my source code when displaying it in a web browser is

    <html xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml&#8221; xml:lang=”en” lang=”en”>

    I need lang to be “es_ES” (apply to any other language) and I have correctly conifgured my wp-config.php (es_ES)”.

    What do I have to change in order to have this?? Which is the file to modify??
