Hi
I'm getting this message when I try to run the wp-admin/install.php
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4 bytes) in /home/www/moveon/blog/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 244
Any suggestions how I can fix this?
This is a problem with the configuration of PHP on your server - it's only allowing 8MB RAM to be used, which is not enough for WordPress to function.
You should check with your host about getting the limit raised to something more useful - 32MB, perhaps.

Thanks Les will deal with that.
I'm also receiving this message on another folder
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&' in /home/www/moveon/new/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 150
If you can advise that would be great.
Bobby
Not so sure about that one - previous answers I've seen relating to errors from that file suggest uploading a fresh copy of the WordPress files, as something my be corrupted.
