• I recently got a domain name, mapped by blog with wordpress and uploaded the WordPress install with my webhost (which is godaddy.com). I was sent the username: admin and the password. It appears that it is installed. However, the email I got didn’t give me a log in page. Do I log in where I used to log in from wordpress.com? When I logged in wp-admin, I didn’t see the plugins. Nothing seemed to have changed. I did everything from my webhost–the MySqul is set up and I can see all the files for wordpress on there, but I feel like I’m missing a step somewhere. Can someone please help me?

    Thank you!

  • Your absolutely confusing me. You have a web hosting account with go daddy and using wordpress.org. And then your mapping to wordpress.com?

If you have your own hosted wordpress blog you login through domain.com/wp-admin/index.php or domain.com/wp-login.php
