I got the flash header to work in all pages except sub menus. the theme that i am using does not allow custom menu, so i have to use parent-child. so on the child pages the flash doesnt show up. any recomendations?

I've read that you ad the line <base href="<?php echo get_option('http://www.urbancityoriginal.com');?>" /> before yout </head> and it should fix it, but it does not work for mine..
