Hi, This plugin works great and i really like it, but i just found out it’s not 100% compatible with FIREFOX. It shows the player and everything but when you press PLAY it just doens’t play it for some reason.

Please help me out and tell what should i use because it has to compatible at least with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer.

    Thanks

  • All seems well for me in Firefox, I just added this to this post:

    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/playlist-song-order-error?replies=16

All viewed well via Safari and Firefox, although the songs initially started the first beat then stopped then continued – after a couple of refreshes in Firefox they all then played with no interruptions, so maybe adding a note near the player about refreshing if playing problems occur might help the customer etc.

    Hope this helps?

Guys please read the FAQs… this is a common issue with Firefox. You need to add MIME types to your htaccess and this will be an easy fix

Well, i added this lines on the htaccess and still doesn’t work on firefox

    AddType audio/ogg ogg
    AddType audio/ogg oga
    AddType video/ogg ogv
    AddType video/mp4 m4v

I tryed adding them at the end of “EndWordpress” and before it but nothing changed at all! 🙁

Never mind, i hadn’t put in correctly the .ogg file in the songs. Now it’s fixed, i added the lines to the htaccess file and also converted my mp3 files to ogg and changed the settings on the songs. Thanks!

No worries, glad it’s fixed for you

Hey if you like the plugin it is very helpful if you can give a nice rating/review here. Thanks 🙂

This might be also good for me. But, where can I find the .htacces?

    Thanks in advance for help,
    Tim
