Problems with embedding content into Featured Posts box in Red Tweet Theme

    Are there any plugins compatible with WordPress Red Tweet Theme for Featured Posts to be displayed on frontpage? I changed from TwentyTen Theme to Red Tweet for my blog (news4usonline.com). Everything else works except the Featured Posts Box, which is empty on my front page. The FeatureMe plugin, suggested for Featured Posts, I am not able to find and seems to be unavailable.

    My second problem is embedding post thumbnails images into content of story summary, also on the front page. Are there any plugins out there that will fix this problem?

    Lastly, I am having diffculty trying to search for more themes to choose from instead of the five in my themes box. Any suggestions? And what free premium theme is most suggested to have a dynamic magazine style and feel?
