After updating to WordPress 3.3, the admin dashboard looks very unusual. The navigation bar is not a sidebar but is rather down from the top.
I have tried deleting my cache, installing Google Libraries, deactivating and going back to default theme, but none of these solutions seem to work for me.

Below is a screenshot of what my dashboard looks like now.

Can someone please tell me what's wrong and how to fix it?
~Thanks!
Try re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress.

I did but there seems to be some issues with it.
I deleted the twenty-ten & twenty-eleven themes and the dashboard went to how it was supposed to look (with the navigation bar in the side). However, once I re-installed the two themes back, it reverted back to the picture I posted before. Any suggestions?
Those two themes are definitely not the problem. Re-upload Twenty Eleven at the very least. Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

I just did it, but now it gives me a fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::add_help_tab() in /home/a2946563/public_html/store/wp-admin/index.php on line 33

I had the same problem as talislin. Something went wrong with the automatic update and I had to download the zip file and upload everything. I just fixed it by deleting the update directory under wp-content.

I get this - Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/totalwsi/public_html/cgfit_test/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102
But I cannot find an update directory in the wp-content, do you mean 'upgrade' ?
