problems with custom taxonomies => fix

hello

i just wanted to say that i have had a small issue with custom taxonomies. After adding a new custom tax, I have to deactivate then reactivate the plugin. Otherwise i get 404 errors on my taxonomies when displaying http://example.com/mytaxonomy/example1

However, it works great otherwise.
