Problems with Adsense Revenue Sharing plugin

The plugin located here: http://adsense.ayanev.com/ Doesn’t really work so well and I was wondering if someone could fix it. The author doesn’t seem to be supporting it anymore, so I’m hoping someone here can help. When I install it I get a message that says that the table couldn’t be created.
