    Hello,

    one company created for us a website based on wordpress. I need to add there page template but i cant contact them so i decided to do it alone.

    What i need?
    - our site is multisite for 2 companies and i need to have 2 contact page templates because some sites are for company 1 and some for company 2. Rest of page templates are same for both companies.

    What I did?
    - i downloaded template-contact.php from server. Opened it in notepad. Edited contact information and saved it as template-contact2.php and uploaded it in the same directory where is template-contact.php

    Where is the problem?
    - when im creating new post or want to edit template in wordpress, i dont see that .php file that i added on server (ftp).

    Do I need to allow this page templete somewhere in theme files?
    I think that there are some predefined pages in the theme. And i have to add there this page. But i dont know there to find it :/
    If anyone can help me I would be very happy. Thank you and sorry for my english.

    EDIT: i also changed rights to contact2 template to have the same right like contact1 templates. Doesnt work :(

    EDIT2: Here is list of files in theme.

    Did you try changing the template name where it says this:

    <?php
    /*
    Template Name: Contact
    */
    ?>

    If you've done that, can you see the page in your WP back-end to edit? Does it show up in Appearance > Editor ?
