Problems with adding pages

Can someone help figure out why, when I add a new page to my blog, it isn’t formatted like the original home page. I’m using the Enterprize theme. My home page is as I want it to be http://www.hilinebuilders.com/blog but when I add and about page http://www.hilinebuilders.com/blog/about the right column drops all the way down to the bottom and the leave a reply and comment section are all jacked up??
