    I have recently updated to 3.5.1 but have had a couple of issues. The same 2 issues occurred when upgrading to 3.5 but I managed to fix these;

    The issues are go Green 1.3 related:

    1) slider nivo option; Blank space. I changed to piecemaker this works. But I would rather have the nivo.

    2) Drop down menus do not work. Parent there but no children. It looks like it is set up right under the Appearance / menu set-up tabs.

    my site is: http://www.cranial-8.com

    So your theme/plugin is still not compatible with current WP version? Ask them.

    This is who they are, the vendor you purchased your theme from. Commercial themes are not supported here.

    Ok that helps a little. I inherited the Site and as I said new so I did not realise this was purchased. I looked at their website and there does not seem to be any way to ask a question.

    So I would like to turf goGReen and use a WP supported template. Before doing this I would like to back my site up. Is this done within WP or at the host site? If in WP how?

    Should I raise this as another question?

  6. You can download wordpress.org hosted themes directly from your admin panel. Most themeforest themes are configured in a way that locks you in and you will probably need to do a lot of work to get your site to display how you want it.

    If you decide to stick with your theme here is where you can enquire about how the support works: http://themeforest.net/item/go-green-modern-business-portfolio-wp-theme/discussion/757676

    I also noticed that an update was released today which might fix the compatibility issues.
