Problems moving site to another server – still points to old address

Hi folks,

I’ve setup my new site as below, but when i type the address in the broswer the address changes to my old site.

I have done the following:

1. copied the file structure to the new server
2. recreated the database
3. assigned the new url in IIS
4. changed the wp_options table value to the new address.

When I ping the site it points to the right ip address, can anyone please help?
