   Hi all,

   I just switched over from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and I can't figure out how to manage my theme. I merely want to change the pic in my header and it seems very complicated when it was so easy before in wordpress.com. Any help?

   While I got you here....why aren't there the same widgets in .org as there are in .com??

   Help!
