Problems importing wordpress

    I downloaded and activated the plugin. but when i click wordpress from Tools – Import – wordpress, it says like this. whats the problem?

    Before you can upload your import file, you will need to fix the following error:

    Unable to create directory C:\inetpub\vhosts\aruntuts.com\httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2011/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    The WordPress PHP scripts do not have the correct permissions to create the necessary upload directories in which the import file will be stored.

    You’ll have the same issue when trying to add new Media to this WordPress site as WordPress will not be able to upload the files correctly.

    Speak to your web host about the best method to fix the issue.
