Problems getting to Load right

When I installed WP I got up to where I log in and when I get to that page there is this error at the bottom

WordPress database error Table ‘LKellis_wordpress.wp_options’ doesn’t exist for query INSERT INTO wp_options (option_name, option_value, autoload) VALUES (‘cron’, ‘a:2:{i:1229019420;a:1:{s:17:\”wp_update_plugins\”;a:1:{s:32:\”40cd750bba9870f18aada2478b24840a\”;a:3:{s:8:\”schedule\”;s:10:\”twicedaily\”;s:4:\”args\”;a:0:{}s:8:\”interval\”;i:43200;}}}s:7:\”version\”;i:2;}’, ‘yes’) made by add_option

Also once I go past I have a few different things happen. Once the style sheets for the default Blog didnt load, other times I try to go to other pages of WP and I get page not available.

I have a Windows server for my hosting. Someone told me that could be the issue. Anyone know of this? I asked my hosting provider but they are beign slow. I asked if I should switch to Linux.
