Problems Exporting Blog to WXR

I am trying to export my blog in preparation of a move to a different host (currently, I am on GoDaddy’s free parking), and when I click on Export, instead of the data going to a file to download, it’s dumping to the screen and it’s a partial dump at that. The screen ends with an error:
