   Something went wrong with installation:
   Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/freepgs.com/httpdocs/blendpro/wp-admin/install.php on line 4
   Fatal error: Failed opening required '../wp-config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/httpd/vhosts/freepgs.com/httpdocs/blendpro/wp-admin/install.php on line 4

   Do you have a passworded directory or something like that?
   It's telling you that the install error is on line 4, what's on that line?

   I guess it's the password, but all my info is correct.

   I erased it and started over but I still get the same message.

   It's saying there is a problem with the config file.
   Did you set that up correctly ?
   And can you find out from your host what the open_basedir restriction is ?

   Yes, I would contact your host about this. WP isn't doing anything out of the ordinary.
