Problem with WP after moving directory (6 posts)

I got a problem after moving the directory.

I have an existing site for my business, but when I installed wordpress, my domain immediately turned to the wordpress default template (with the standard banner and everything), which I did not want to have.

The web host told me I could just edit the index file from .php to .html, and it worked. It has been a couple of months since I have installed wordpress, and for some reason (which I cannot remember) the index.php file is now called wordpress.html.

When I try to publish content on the site http://www.dojodrammen.no/wordpress, I get the following message: "You don't have permission to access /wordpress/ on this server."

I am really confused why it doesn't work, I moved the files correctly making sure I saw the invisible files with Filezilla... And the index.php is gone to I do not know where...

So how can I fix this to get wordpress up and running? Reinstall the whole package and do everything from the start, or is there a solution here you think?

If a trustworthy admin wants to, he/she can also get my domain login details to see more accurately what is going on. :) I trust you folks! :)

Actually you may try to contact your hosting provider again for help since your hosting provider did helped you once.

Thanks, I did that just now. They told me it was something wrong with the index.php file and I changed it. Now, I don't get any 404 or lack of permission to enter the site. Now, the site is just blank.

Before, the standard wordpress theme would show up.. Now, nothing.. Any idea why that the problem could be?

When creating a post and publishing it, after clicking on it a new window pops up (mydomain.no/wordpress/testing/), I get a 404 error.
