Problem with wp-admin/options.php (ERROR 404 while editing settings)

Hello,

It’s been a while now that my wordpress site ( http://be-openminded.com ) “went crazy”. At first i couldn’t even access it nor see it (But on everybody else’s pc the site was visible)! however this is not my problem anymore.

The thing now is that after i solved the first problem (I found a way to make my site accessible for a while, i backed everything up and made a clean install of the site), i now find myself with another problem: i cannot edit the general settings of my site! (everytime i try to change something like the date format,etc. it gives me a 404 error)

I tried everything, i uninstalled everything, i turned off all my plugins, changed the permalinks settings to the default ones and none of this options gave me a positive solution, the problem still remains.

All of this problems came 2 months ago, it was a while since i even modified anything, i hardly used it in, like, a month before the problem started… it all came just out of nowhere -when i decided it was time the blog became operative again-.

I’d really like some help here, some guidance if that’s what it takes.
