   do someone have problem with WP 3.5.1?
   After I activate the plugin it doesn't show up in the sidebar.

   Yes the package coming from WordPress is not delivering the full latest version of ACF. Until they fix it, go to:

   https://github.com/elliotcondon/acf/archive/master.zip

   To get the latest version.
