   Hi, I have tried to change the permalink so the address doesn't have /wordpress after http://www.thumbdesigns.co.uk and followed te instructions I found within wordpress help. Now the site seems to be disabled with this message

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /hermes/bosweb/web259/b2595/ipg.thumbdesignscouk/Press/wp-admin/admin.php on line 32

   What is the issue and how can it be resolved? I currently have no access to my site, and it is still not named correctly.

   I'm not sure which wordpress help page you followed, but here are the pages you need to read to fix the problem and do what you need.
