problem with vortex theme

    Hi, i have a very serious problem with Vortex theme,
    my website http://www.ilpuntoconsumabile.it have a problem with
    upload of media and installation of update of plugins.

    those are messages tht showed at my screen:
    1.(of updating plugins)
    Si è verificato un errore durante l’aggiornamento di Facebook Comments: Impossibile creare la directory. /htdocs/wp-content/upgrade/facebook-comments-plugin.tmp.

    2.(of upload media)
    Il file caricato non pu&ograve essere spostato in /home/mhd-01/www.ilpuntoconsumabile.it/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2013/06.

    then if u can see my website in up of sreen is present this message:

    class=”home blog logged-in admin-bar no-customize-support custom-background”>

    pls can u help me, i work with my blog and now i’m stopping with tht!!

    Neither of these errors have anything to do with the theme.

    1. There was an error while updating Facebook Comments: Can not create directory. / htdocs / wp-content / upgrade / facebook-comments-plugin.tmp.

    This is a server issue. try contacting your hosts about it.

    2. The uploaded file could not be moved to / home/mhd-01/www.ilpuntoconsumabile.it/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2013/06.

    Try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.

    thaks for answer esmi, but where i must change this permission, in editor of wordpress or in the directory of my host?
    my host is Tophost?
    Sorry but i’m new of this and i need to be drive step by step!
    damn at my unknowledge!!!!

    In the directory of your host using FTP or whatever file management system your hosts provide.

    this is arabic for me!!!!!
    maybe exist a copy of all template of Vortex Theme tht i can cut and copy all function to reset my blog option?

    This has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the theme. They are all server-related issues – not theme ones.

    ok, esmi, i try to change this value i’m into htdocs/wp-content/ and i had change value by chmond command into ftp browser of tophost.
    i try to change with all value that u tell me but the error message is the same…

    now i leave the value at 775, but still not work.
