Problem with the Permalinks (Page Not Found)

I have this problem recently and still facing the same problem. It is related to permalink. I am using Google Webmaster and recently there are so many entries in Page Not Found. I am listing few ..

http://melakamalaysiatravel.com/about-melaka?p=38

Now ?p=37 should not be there. I am using following plugins:

Redirection
Permalinks Migration

My Permalink structure is /%category%/%postname%.htm and it’s been working fine.

Any solution? Tips?
