   I have a big problem, better say more problems.
   # When i create a category it isn’t appearing in the menu.It appears in the sidebar.
   # When i’m changing something on the first page it apears in 10-15 minutes

   I’m disperate, i worked a lot at this site, 500 posts in less than one month, all i know that this isn’t the theme problem, but if you know something please respond.
   If helps, i'm using the following plugins:
   SEO Ultimate, Contact Form 7, Google XML Sitemaps, Keywords Widget, WordPress Database Backup, WordPress Download Monitor, wp-cache.

   With the help of the Template Hierarchy article, determine what Template is displaying the menu then look for something like wp_list_categories and see if an include= or exclude= is limiting the displayed categories.

   # When i’m changing something on the first page it apears in 10-15 minutes

   What happens if you deactivate all plugins. If that resolves the problem, then activate plugins one-by-one to find the problem.

   I activated plugins one-by-one , but still nothing. Maybe the plugins changed a php file . When i do a change at the HOME page, (because at the CONTACT page it works just fine), it appears after 10-15 minutes, and beceause of this i think google is'nt crawling anymore my content.
   I will try to modify the wp_list_categories and be right back with a post.

   Appearance>Edit works . And That's all.
   I removed Powered by WordPress, can this be the problem ?
   May this theme have a problem if i removed that ?
   If not, pls tell me what to do to have the same posts, the same theme(theme restart). To give a theme restart or something that will work.

   That should not cause a problem.

   To be clear---if you deactivate all plugins, and switch to the WordPress Default theme, are you able to "changing something on the first page" and it appears immediately?
