   hi, wonder if anyone can help me. I just installed new theme in my wp ( it written successfully installed ), but there's additional note below it :

   Warning: fopen(/home/memolink/public_html/wp-content/themes/5c9530fb61dcb213ab3f557bbbfefa7c/style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/memolink/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3598

   Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/memolink/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3601

   Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/memolink/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3604

   wonder anyone can tell me whtas wrong with the theme ..

   The theme is missing a critical file: functions.php
