Why on earth do you have that many tags? Try reducing them to something a lot more manageable.

i said load problem to some of my friend that know wordpress and they said :

when visitors are loading tag pages server load is more than time that they are visiting posts and you must say this problem in wordpress forum to improving it in next version of wordpress
more tags = server load higher

Tags are not meant to be used for seo purposes. They are tools to allow you to categorise your site’s content.
