problem with tables markdown (8 posts)

    i am trying this

    | Year | Temperature (low) | Temperature (high) |
    | ---- | ----------------- | -------------------|
    | 1900 | -10 | 25 |
    | 1910 | -15 | 30 |
    | 1920 | -10 | 32 |

    it process to html but unable to process back to markdown to my editor

    Thanks! I've seen your pull request. I'm in the process of creating unit tests, so once that's done, I'll check your patch and pull into into the next update (I'll be in touch on GitHub).

    I mainly thought of adding Markdown to my blog for tables. Would be great if the pull request can make it all the way here somehow.

    Is there not a filter you can hook to to add additional processing to the content? It seems like there should be.

    This I believe was in 1.5 which was later withdrawn because of bugs. When 1.5.1 is released, tables will be supported.

    First of all, thanks for this awesome plugin, and the overall workload you contributed to the WordPress community. I find it quite impressive. I always think I should contribute and end up not doing it. I feel ashamed when I look at the list of your contributions. Kuddos!

    Regarding v1.5 and table handling in Markdown, would you have any visibility on when that will be on foot?

    Hi, Apologies for the months of delay. I'm about to release 1.5.1 which is a patched version of 1.5, which supports tables.
