Problem with switching between mode of the editors

    I have some problem with switching between editors. After the installation on “clear” worpress everything worked fine. I added next plugins, configured wordpress system etc.
    I will pun on the screenshot from my admin panel to vizualize this problem:

    How you can see despite that I try to switch on to “visual” mode, it does not bring any results. Editor icons is not appear. I use OpenOffice as editor to copy formated tekst into the wordpress. Unfortunately after appearing the problem the only hand edition stays.
    Did someone meets with such problem?
