problem with setting the browser bar

    I’m trying to get this site fixed for a friend.

    The site is island-adventure.com

    there’s two things i’m trying to figure out how it was done so i can fix it:

    1. i cant change the browser bar which right now shows the site’s URL to just “Island Adventure”

    2. at the top of the page, where there’s a lighter blue coming through, you can barely see some wording that’s been placed up there somehow. i want to remove the wording and move up the page so that the dark blue starts at the top and eliminates the brighter/lighter blue.

    Any tips?

    Would appreciate any help you guys can give me in pointing me in the right direction!
