   I use UTF-8 since the start for a blog project (http://www.iletaitunefoislavie.com). Everything is ok, except for rss feeds who have character bug when there's an 'apostrophe' in it.

   As an example in the RSS feeds, the title 'Mots d'enfant' becomes : 'Mots d&#8217enfant'.

   So basically apostrophe are replaced by '&#8217'

   I recommend you use ' instead of ’. In other words, use the key beside semicolon.
