Problem with robots.txt file?

Hi!

I am new in the WordPress, so I don´t understand why my webpage won´t appear in Google search. I have tried everything, but still there is now improvement. I use different SEO products. Now if found page: http://ismyblogworking.com/ and I tested my site and it pointed that:
Your robots.txt file prevents GoogleBot from fetching http://www.samara.ee/avaleht/feed/. This may harm your search engine rankings.
– this the reason why my page would n´t appear in Google Search?
