   I'm having trouble posting source code on my blog. Any time I post an ampersand, instead of "&" I get "&"

   I have followed the guidelines here:
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/posting-source-code/

   And installed the syntax highlighter plugin:
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/syntaxhighlighter/

   But it doesn't seem to make any difference.

   I can't be the only person with this problem but I can't find the solution on these forums. Can anyone give me some advice to stop me pulling my hear out?

   try posting the code in pre tag
