My plugin file URLs are viewable by anonyous . I checked all the plugins .Does it causes an heavy damage?

I check the .htaccess file permissions and it is set to 644 .I don't understand where the problem is and how to solve it .

Does anybody have Idea on this issue?

Update : I checked my three wordpress powered multisite installations and same problem for all

It's normal, and shouldn't cause any problems. 644 is about the lowest you should go. Keep in mind that, if a file can't be viewed by a browser, then it (and its functions) can't be included either.
