   Hello,
   my friend is author of the plugin blipbot ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/blipbot/ ). Actually, the newest version is 1.26 but on plugin's page in sidebar is still 1.21. He's uploading plugin by the method on http://weblogtoolscollection.com/archives/2007/06/17/listing-your-plugin-at-the-wordpressorg-plugin-directory/
   Why the plugin's version isn't actual?

   For people with this kind of problem: it's probably because the plugin's php (e.g. blipbot.php) file still has an old version number.
