   Could someone please tell me what is wrong with my admin area

   Well there are bullets next to the nav menu groups which seems to suggest that your admin CSS isn't being loaded properly (or it's half loading). Without further details I don't think there's much we can do though. Did the problem just start occuring? Have you activated any plugins recently or messed around with any hooks such as admin_enqueue_scripts?

   I had to replace the wp_includes folder in the file database
