Problem with multilingual comicpress site (5 posts)

    Hi to everyone,

I've been trying hard for a day or two to make my multiste multlingual comicpress site work. Here's the bresk down of what i've done to date:

    1) I've activated Multisite
    2) I've installed Multisite Language switcher
    3) I've installed Comicpress with the comic easel theme

I've also started entering my comics both in my french and English site. Everything seems to be in order. The problem appears when I start navigating my sites. In the base language (French), the navigation works properly. I can go fro beginning to end of all my pages and everything seems fine.

My problem is when i go to my secondary site (English in the /en folder). I can only access the last comic that has been published in order. When I try clicking on the "Previous" link, I'm redirected to a "Page Not Found" page. Also, if i try clicking on the language link from my main site, I do not go to the corresponding page in the secondary site, but again to a "Page not Found" page (Unless we are at the last published page).

Other detail: If I unpublish the last comic, the second to last comic page appears.

Now all my comic pages are linked one to the other and to their respective chapters.

I'm not shure how to proceed at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. Assuming same themes and plugins on both sites, what's in your .htaccess?

Also how are you entering the comics? Uploading per-site?

I'm entering my comincs for each site and linking them afterwards.

    And now form y .htaccess:

    # BEGIN WordPress
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $2 [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(.*\.php)$ $2 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]

    # END WordPress

    Thanks!

  4. Did you save pretty permalinks for the sub-site?
