    Hey!

I’m not able to get the popup to appear – I’m using the ‘on specific url’ conditional and it just isn’t working. As per your suggestion I’ve tried different kinds of loading, and when I try the footer one – which seems to be the most consistently functioning method – I get this when I refresh the page:

    Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: Unknown modifier ‘n’ in /home/content/d/e/l/delionne/html/wp/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/popoverincludes/classes/popoverajax.php on line 457

    Can you please help me?

Site is masdelalionne.com/wp/, I’ve tried to set it to load on the main page, on subpages, and on masdelalionne.com/wp/#newsletter, this last one being the best option. None have worked so far. The script is appearing, though.

I’ve set it back to the Custom Load option for now so that the php quirk doesn’t bug anybody else who’s working on the site, but I can change it back if that would help you.

    Thanks for your help!
    Shane

  • Hi Shane,

Hope you’re well today! Thanks for posting this. Just to check, have you tried using basic settings and a simple rule setup?

If not, could you try that, using no rules and something simple for the content?

That’ll help us to know the plugin’s at least able to display on your site. We can then proceed to sort the url concern.

    How’s that sound?

Looking forward to getting this sorted for ya!

    Thanks,
    David

Hey! Yes, without any rules the plugin works.

    Gratefully,
    Shane

    Hi Shane,

Excellent, great to know that’s at least working. Okay, so we just need to get the popover to display only on the home page, is that correct?

If so, could you please add the On specific url rule and paste in the following?

Hopefully that’ll take care of it. But if not, we can look at other possibilities. 🙂

    Thanks,
    David
