Problem with installing blog template

    trying to install blog tempalte but wordpress 2.9.2 error is:

    1)Warning: fopen(/home2/ivwomenc/public_html/wp-content/themes/webnolia-ourblogtemplatesdotcom/style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/ivwomenc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3598

    2)Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home2/ivwomenc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3601

    The theme that you are trying to use is missing a critical file: style.css

    but what i can do to attach the missing file . I love the theme template and it is in line with my blog concept.

    Pls help what should i do .

    You could try downloading a fresh copy of the theme.
