I've been trying to figure all this out and it is WAY over my head so I decided to ask for help from the install4free people. I sent a request and received an automated email back that said (copying and pasting):

However, there are NO links for me to follow to confirm my identity or to track my ticket! I sent another "general" inquiry to them and received the same email back again (just a different ticket number) and AGAIN, no links or urls for me to follow. HELP! :(
