Problem with import

    I’m using the current version of Wysija and WordPress.

    The problem I’m having is that whenever I either manually enter an email address and name or upload a file to import… the page just refreshes.

    The format of the information entered is correct, I’ve even tried importing your example details from the support site – and the same happens.

    I’ve tried 3 different browsers and 2 machines but same problem.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Did you try to disable all plugins for a while, change your theme to twenty twelve, and then try to upload file or import subscribers by text field?

    Hello there,
    This could be an Access rights problem.
    Make sure there is enough access to write files in the folder : wp-content/uploads/wysija/temp

    If it still doesn’t work, please post a ticket onto our support site : support.wysija.com
