  • Hi

    What’s your URL?

I haven’t tested IE11 but the HTML and JavaScript should be non-contentious. It is more likely a clash of some script. There are quite a few threads here relating to those issues or you can check out http://www.cookielawinfo.com/troubleshooting for more info, whoch will probably get you the answer the fastest.

    All the best,
    Richard

    Hi Richard

Thanks for your reply (very prompt!).

This is the URL … it’s a site in development: http://wrs01.com/sm1/

I had a look at Troubleshooting, and all the threads in the Support forum, but didn’t see anything mentioned.

Let me know if there’s anything I should do/try.

    Regards, David

    Hi

I took a look to check it works in my own browsers and everything is working fine (as you said it was) so if you are hearing of issues in IE11 I would check the JavaScript console for errors (sometimes another script is causing the issue). If you get an error report that you don’t understand, post it here and I’ll see if it gives me any clues.

However hopefully you’ll see something that makes sense: my first port of call would be to identify any other plugins that you have installed that use JavaScripts- if one of them is broken in IE11 then it can stop Cookie Law Info from working. Likewise it could be this plugin causing the issue- hopefully we can find out.

    Hope that helps
    Richard

    Hi northgaard

I doubt it’s the plugin causing your issues, have you tried the steps above? If you have tried everything above and it still doesn’t work then please start a new thread and I’ll be happy to help.

p.s. I’m happy to help fix any issues with the plugin but it’s always best to start a new thread in forums, rather than bump an old post. I don’t get notifications from old threads so don’t always see messages like this, and it’s also quite probable that your issues have a different root cause than the original poster. Thanks 🙂
