First of all, I’m not sure if I should post here or in the Themes and Templates forum. Anyway…

Everything was fine until I installed a new theme (OneTouch, Version 1.8.4, by Crumina). The https part of the URL is not green anymore, it’s grey (not red).

When I click on it I get the following message:

Your connection to http://www.example.com is encrypted with 128-bit encryption. However, this page includes other resources which are not secure. These resources can be viewed by others while in transit, and can be modified by an attacker to change the look of the page.

    The connection uses TLS1.0.

The connection is encrypted using RC4_128, with SHA1 for message authentication and RSA as the key exchange mechanosm.

The connection does not use SSL comression.

PS: While I’m in the Dashboard, https is on (green).

    What should I do?

  • Your theme is making links to other site(s) that are no using SSL…work with theme dev to discover and remove those (or find out and remove yourself) or use another theme…

Note this could also be from any embedded items, such as a Google Map, Youtube Video, etc…most good sites allow users to embed with HTTPS links so review that with them also (if necessary)

OK! I deleted the preexisting content of the theme and everything is back to normal!!

Thank you very much Seacoast Web Design!
