   Please visit test.gatactical.com. On my home page I want to either get rid of that gallery, or add photos. However I can not find the place to do either.

   You have to change the theme, it seems, because the image slider comes packaged with the theme.

   You are using a premium theme, the theme might work but the members of wordpress.org don't have access to that theme so we won't know how to set it up. Contact the theme vendors for support, they are the ones how know how the user should config/use the theme.
