Hi,
I have added Google Adsense plugin in sidebar as a widget on my site and after I have added that, ads are visible fine but a dot comes in the background.When I deactivate that plugin the dot disappears and after activating that plugin again dot appears.
If I add any other plugin dot doesn't appears.Checkout my site link http://www.kjtours.com/flights/.Please help me out of this problem it's urgent.

It looks like that's from a <li> (list) tag in your widget where the ad is - the dot is the bullet for the list. However, that list is improperly coded (missing the "ul" tags) - and it probably should not be there at all. See the errors on that page -- line 308 for that problem:
