problem with fixed rate shipping

    Hello all,

    I am using fixed-rate-shipping plugin. I want to show shipping options in drop-down menu, right now they are showing in list style. When I updated code to drop-down select field, it works in firefox, but not in other browsers. Page just refresh when Purchase button is clicked. Also price is not updating with drop-down box code.
