Problem with first page request (5 posts)

    Hello,
I've a blog that worked well on the server I created. Now I moved it on a new server and a new domain, and I've some trouble.
The blog is quite working well. I've a bad behavor "starting" it. If I don't browse any page for a lot of time, then, when I make the first new page request (the home page, for example), it takes a lot (really a lot, about 2-3 minutes) to arrive. And the page I get is an "empty" home page: right theme loaded, right sidebar content, but no articles loaded (and no tags, not categories, and so on on sidebar)! Then, if I reload the page some times, it starts working, and articles are loaded (in just two o three seconds). After that, all works very well, while until I stop browsing the site. So it seems some wordpress problem, not mysql or web problem, isn't it?
    What can be?

    thanks

actually to me it sounds like a mysql problem or a plugin being bad
maybe deactivate your plugins and test then reactivate one by one

if not that run a repair on your database tables with phpmyadmin

I've tried a repair but still the same.

Is there any log or error list that WP creates, where I can find problems during data access?
Disable plugins was my idea, however it will take a lot of days because if I enable them one by one, and then I may wait for the "application shutdown", it will take a few hours for each plugin :(

    Meanwhile... Thanks!

I'm working on, however to disable all plugins seems to be a solution. Now I've re-enabled first three, and step by step try to enable all others.
