Problem with feed

First of all, I would like to say that we liked this plugin very much. Unfortunately it suddenly stopped working.

The error displayed (logged on as an administrator on our site) is :
1 or more of your feeds could not be displayed. The following errors occurred:

Feed 1: Some data was retrieved, but could not be parsed successfully. Please ensure your feed URL is correct.

I’ve searched the forums and selected ‘Make this calendar public’. After that I took the xml link (not the private one) and used that as feed.

I’ve searched the settings, but can’t find anything wrong.

Please help!

Hi, the feed URL :
https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/oad8pb56h21fbuu9g2qugc2870%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic

Does it make any difference if you change the https at the start of the URL to http?

Hi Ross,

Can you help me? This is the message that’s coming up: 1 or more of your feeds could not be displayed. The following errors occurred:
Feed 1: The feed could not be found (404). Please ensure your feed URL is correct.

I have also changed my feed url from ‘https’ to ‘http’ and still it isn’t working
https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=think%40clearthinking.org.au&ctz=Australia/Perth

Hello Meredith,

You need to use the XML feed URL, not the HTML one. Look for the orange XML button thing in the Google Calendar settings.

Ross, I think you should put these instructions in the settings. Right now, it says
Feed URL This will probably be something like: (example)

Please remind people in that spot that they can get it by clicking on XML rather than ICAL or HTML. I have a tendency to forget and choose ICAL. Thanks.
