I have Envolve chat installed on my website which is largely made up of embeded videos. On Mozilla Firefox everything is fine. However, having now tested my site on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, using both of these browsers it is extemely difficult to use the chat as the chat windows disappear behind the embeded videos. Can anyone help me solve this problem please?

Hi Dorrange,
The issue here is that flash objects (like YouTube videos) sit on top of webpages, instead of within them.
You can get around this by adding wmode="opaque" to all your video objects. Check out:

Please let me know if you have any other questions I can help to answer.
Best,
James

Hey James
Thanks for your prompt answer. I'm not really sure I understand what you mean but will try to read more on the subject. Why does it work on in Mozilla Firefox?
Thanks
